The White Mountains of Arizona are spectacular, which explains why they are so popular with Arizonans, as well as anyone else who discovers them. I have the pleasure of spending a few days there every Spring on an annual retreat with my sisters from around the country. During these days together, we visit the lakes and forests around us and my sisters happily carry extra camera bodies and lenses as we trek around. Supportive fans of my work as an artist, they are quick to point out something that might be worth photographing. Here is a collection of some of my favorite captures since we started this annual pilgrimage in 2016.
